

Fresh vegetables and fruit from the garden is one of my favorite things about summer. It's a quintessential ingredient to a perfect summer day. The taste of food plucked from the branches just minutes before eating is unbeatable. For this plate, I blanched homegrown beans then tossed them with a little olive oil and salt. The tomatoes and salad greens have a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. A delicious addition to an overall sweet day. How was your Friday?
